Location: Holiday Inn Marina, 401 2nd. St. Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785, Slip #3.

Boat: 32’ Sabalo custom fishing boat. Large open fishing area with cabin and enclosed toilet facilities.

Capacity: Up to 6 total anglers. Captain and mate make a total capacity of 8. Additional boats are available for group charters of up to 24 people.

Provided: Boat provides all fishing tackle, licenses, ice, bait and coolers. All fish will be cleaned, filleted and bagged at the dock at the end of fishing.

Customers: Should bring coolers to take their fillets home. They also need to bring their own food and drinks for the day. Note: with adequate notice, food and drinks can be provided for an additional fee.

Fishing: Fishing area can be near shore (bay to 3 miles into the gulf) or offshore (out to 30 miles into the Gulf of Mexico) depending on the customer’s request, the weather conditions, and the availability of fish species at any given time of year. Most trips begin with the catching of live bait, which requires us to be flexible concerning times. (See prices and times below).
Note: ½ day charters are usually limited to near shore because of time constraints.

Prices: For the boat, 1 to 6 people (As of March 1, 2008)
½ day (4 hours) = $500 Inshore, $600 Offshore
¾ day (6 hours) = $ 700 Inshore, $800 Offshore
Full day (8 hours) = $ 900 Inshore, $1000 Offshore
Extended trips: $1200.00  ($100.00 per hour over 10 hours)

Note: A 15% tip is customary for the mate, any additional tips for the captain and mate are appreciated but never feel obligated to do so.

From the captain: I have been fishing the inshore and offshore waters of the Florida Suncoast for over 45 years. It is my goal to make your fishing trip an exciting and memorable experience. Be sure to bring your camera to record your memories and to share your pictures with family and friends.
